Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein helle und sehr gut gelegene 1 Zimmer Wohnung an der schönen Berger Straße ab dem 15.12..
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Flur, einem Badezimmer mit Duschbadewanne, einer Küche (Einrichtung der Küche gehört zur Wohnung) und dem Wohn-/Schlafbereich (ca. 35qm Wohnfläche).
Sie ist teilmöbliert und kann gegen einen Abschlag für die Möbel übernommen werden (Die Wohnung wird nur möbliert abgegeben). Der Abschlag beträgt 200 € (VB) und enthält eine Kommode, 1 Schreibtisch, 2 Stühle, 1 Klapptisch, 1 Regal, eine Kleiderstange inkl. Einhängeböden, 1 37 Zoll TV, einen Spiegel, zwei Vorhänge und eine Vorhangstange sowie diverse Lampen.
Im Keller des Hauses steht eine Waschmaschine / Trockner zur Verfügung. Ein Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit 1 Zimmer Wohnungen und bietet Skyline-Blick durch die sehr großen Fenster.

I am looking for a new tenant for my current 1-room apartment from the 15.12..
There is a bathroom with bathtub, a living/sleeping area and a kitchen (equipment part of the apartment). It is partly furnished and I would like to sell the remaining furniture to the next tenant for 200€. The furniture includes a TV, a desk, a cupboard, a table, chairs, a mirror and other smaller stuff. The house has a washing machine in the basement as well as a bike storage space. The apartment is has huge windows with view of the skyline.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut (Seitenstraße der Berger Straße) und in fußläufiger Distanz zu Cafes, Einkaufsläden (Rewe 3min entfernt), Post, Bars etc. gelegen. U Bahnhaltestelle Höhenstraße ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Da die Wohnung im 6. Stock (Skyline Blick inkl.) und in einer Nebenstraße liegt, bekommt man keinen Straßenlärm mit.

Public transport (Höhenstraße) is close by as well as a bar/restaurant area. Because the apartment is not on the main street, it is very calm. This area of Frankfurt is one of the most beautiful to live in.
Eine Besichtigung der Wohnung ist nach Absprache möglich, auch via Whatsapp/ Skype/Telegram/Signal.
Die Wohnung wir nur möbliert Abgegeben, ein unbefristeter Mietvertrag wird dann mit dem Vermieter abgeschlossen (Mieterselbstauskunft / Einkommensnachweise zwingend notwendig).
An Studenten wird die Wohnung mit Einbeziehung der Eltern in den Mietvertrag vermietet.

A personal as well as an online visit is possible. Interested tenants have to provide the landlord a "Mieterselbstauskunft" and the last 3 salary recipes. In case of being student, the contract has to be done with the parents who have to provide then these recipes.
