Hello,
I'm looking for a nachmieter who can move in starting from 9. March (date can be adjusted flexibly 2-3 days before or after).
Apartment is well located in the center of Frankfurt, near Friedberger Platz (tram 12, 18, bus 30).
You can find tram/bus station and U4, U5 station and also walking distance to S bahn, Konstablerwache.
Size of the apartment is small but the ceiling is high, so it is comfortable to stay. And the rent is relatively cheap! So it is ideal for students as well.
I especially want someone who can take over furniture.
All furniture purchased late in last year, so they are in really good condition. And NO IKEA.
