1-room apartment available from mid September / October!
Rent is 540€ warm (Kalt should be around 420-440, anyway, Warm is 540€), 3rd floor, 33 sqm, super convenient location near Eschenheimer Tor (U1238) and Musterschule (U5) station. To Haupwache you can walk about 10 minutes by food. DM, Rewe, great bakeries, cafes, restaurants are easily found on Oeder Weg. I lived there for nearly 4 years, loved the neighborhood, the reason I move out is to live in bigger place. This apartment is perfect for 1 person.

There is a celler BUT when I moved there, I was not allowed to use, so I think it continues to be so, (you should check) so don't expect to have a celler for your bike. I always parked my bike on the street and it was never a problem (but it was old one from Flohmarkt)

There is separate kitchen(EBK), fridge and washing machine, TO BE PURCHASED upon move. I also have double bed still in the apartment.. ideally I would like to find Nachmieter who is willing to buy kitchen / washing machine + double bed all for 650€. I can include curtains, curtain rods, lamps in the rooms for free if you’d like. Double bed mattress, I used only one side so the other side is like new so you can flip and and use, the side I use, I dropped red wine once at house party so it has some stains but nothing bad with comfy-ness. Couch will be removed (I will take it with me) and chairs can be also left, although they are old and dirty from painting the walls.
