gesucht wird eine/n zuverlässige/n Untermieter/in von 13. Dezember 2017 - Ende März 2018 (3,5 Monate) für eine möblierte Wohnung im Nordend mit ca. 53qm und französischem Balkon. Die Wohnung wird bevorzugt für den gesamten Zeitraum vermietet. Definitiv ausgeschlossen sind Kurzzeitmieten. Mindestmietzeit = 3 Monate.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen dem Oederweg und der Musterschule (Oberweg 27). Für viele ist diese Ecke eine der begehrtesten Wohngegenden von Frankfurt. Man ist in 2 Minuten an der U-Bahnstation Musterschule, hat den Oederweg mit all seinen Bars, Cafés, Bäckereien und zu guter Letzt einen gut sortieren REWE-Supermarkt quasi vor der Haustür. Die Hemdenreinigung (für 1 €) ist nur 2 Kreuzungen entfernt. Zum Frankfurter Grüngürtel (Untermainanlage) ist es ebenfalls nur ein Katzensprung. Trotz der sehr zentralen Stadtlage ist das Viertel absolut ruhig (Nebenstraße/ Einbahnstraße mit wenig Verkehr).

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und es ist so ziemlich alles vorhanden was man zum Wohnen braucht! Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig und zur Südseite in Richtung eines ruhigen Innenhofs geöffnet. Im King-Size Bett (160cm * 200cm) liegt eine hochwertige Marken-Matratze von TEMPUR und man schläft wie auf Wolken. Die sonstigen Einrichtungsgegenstände sind den Fotos zu entnehmen. Ein Bad inkl. Badewanne/Dusche sowie ein separates WC sind vorhanden. Die Wohnküche bietet für alle Kochbegeisterten allerhand Freiraum zum Ausleben jeglicher kulinarischer Vorhaben. Ein Highlight sind die handgeschmiedeten Eisenpfannen. Steak, Gemüse, Bratkartoffel und sogar Kaiserschmarrn, allesamt ein Gedicht. In der Küche zudem steht ein Massivholz-Tisch mit vier Stühlen zum Essen bereit.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 885 € pro Monat (inkl. Strom, Heizung, W-LAN und Rundfunkgebühren)
Eine zuverlässige Putzfrau ist optional gegen Aufpreis (13€ pro Stunde) buchbar.

I am looking for a reliable tenant from December, 2017 - end of March 2018 (approx. 3.5 - 4 months) for my furnished apartment in Frankfurt Nordend (roughly 53 sm and small balcony). The apartment is rented preferably for the entire period. Definitely excluded are short term rentals. Minimum rental period = 3 months.

The apartment is located between the Oederweg and the 'Musterschule' (Oberweg 27). For many, this corner is one of the most desirable residential areas of Frankfurt. The subway station 'Musterschule' is just 2 minutes away. The Oederweg with all its bars, cafes, bakeries and last but not least a well sort REWE supermarket is on the doorstep. The shirt cleaning (for €1) is only 2 junctions away. It is also just a stone's throw from the Frankfurt Green Belt ('Grüngürtel'). Despite the very central city location, the district is absolutely quiet (side street/One-way street with little traffic).

The apartment is fully furnished and there is pretty much everything you need for living! The bedroom is very spacious and open to the south side in the direction of a quiet courtyard. In the king-size bed (160cm * 200cm) is a high-quality brand mattress from TEMPUR and you will sleep like on clouds. The other furnishings can be seen on the photos. There is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a separate toilet. The Living-room kitchen offers for all cooking enthusiasts all kinds of free space to live out any culinary endeavors. A highlight are the hand-forged iron pans. Steak, vegetables, fried potatoes and even emperor Kaiserschmarrn, all of them a poem. In the kitchen there is also a solid wood table with four chairs ready for dinner.

The rent is € 885 per month (incl. electricity, heating, W-LAN and broadcasting fees)
A reliable cleaning lady is optionally available at an extra charge (€13 per hour).
