I am looking to sublet my apartment for 2 months from 15th of August. The apartment will have everything you need: dishes, bed, washing machine, internet, etc. The apartment has a large balcony which overlooks the large and quite garden of our neighbours in the back, which is perfect for the last few warm months. There I have planted quite a few vegetables (beans, peppers, corn, carrots) which can be harvested in September :) For the colder days, there is a projector and screen.
Liebe Wohnungssuchende, ich suche für meine kleine, aber sehr schöne Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung ab dem 15. August eine*n Zwischenmieter*in. Die Wohnung ist mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, usw ausgestattet. Der Juwel der Wohnung ist – neben dem schönen, alten Parkett – der Balkon, über welchen man in den großen Garten und den (besser gepflegt) unserer Nachbarn blickt. Dort kann man die Sommermonate gut genießen. Für die graueren Tagen ist ein Beamer installiert, über den man von der Couch oder dem Bett aus Filme anschauen kann.
The apartment is in a wonderful spot in Nordend, directly in between the restaurants and cafes in west/Nordend and Bergerstraße. The U5 stops at Musterschule, just 20 seconds walk away. Oeder Weg with all its restaurants is literally around the corner. There are two Rewes just 3 mins walk in both directions, Aldi is 5 mins. The 711 gym is also just 3-4 minutes walk away. For film lovers, in addition to the projector, the best indi kino in Frankfurt, Mal Seh'n, is just two streets above. The building itself is very peaceful, with a few young families and a few elderly folks. The entrance area and halls in the building are cleaned weekly, and there is room in front to lock your bike.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage: in einer wunderschönen Gegend in Nordend, unmittelbar zwischen den Restaurants und Cafes des Nordwestends und der Bergerstraße. Die nächste U-Bahn (Musterschule U5) ist zu Fuß in weniger als eine Minute zu erreichen. Der Oeder Weg mit seinen Restaurants ist direkt um die Ecke. Es gibt Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (2x Rewe und 1x dm ca 3 Min Fußweg und Aldi ca 5 min). Das 711 Fitness Studio ist auch 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Für die Film-Begeisterte unter euch, lockt – neben dem Beamer –das beste Indi-Kino Frankfurts, Mal Seh'n, nur zwei Blocks hoch. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig, und von kleinen Familien sowie Rentner*innen bewohnt. Eingang/Flur/Treppen werden wöchentlich geputzt, und es gibt Platz vorne für ein Rad.
The move-in and move-out date are negotiable with +/- few days on either side possible. I will be doing apartment viewing (either remotely or in person) on Tuesday the 28th and Wednesday the 29th. You can reach via telephone or email.
