I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful apartment in the Nordend from 01 June on.
The apartment is in The Flag Campusmeile and close to the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Furthermore, the subway stations Miquel/-Adickesallee (U1,U2,U3,U8) as well as the German National Library (U5) can be reached in a maximum of 5 minutes on foot.
The apartment costs 700€ warm and includes all kinds of costs (also internet!) for June and July. Form August on the rent will be 900€. The apartment is very well equipped by built-in wardrobes, an existing kitchen, as well as a table including chairs.
A bicycle cellar, underground parking space* and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers* are also included. In addition, there is a lounge area and an internal gym!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in The Flag Campusmeile und in der Nähe der Frankfurter Hochschule für Finanzen und Management. Darüber hinaus sind die U-Bahnstationen Miquel / -Adickesallee (U1, U2, U3, U8) sowie die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek (U5) in maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung kostet 700 € warm für Juni und Juli und beinhaltet alle Arten von Kosten (auch Internet!). Ab August beträgt die Miete 900 €. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Einbauschränken, einer vorhandenen Küche sowie einem Tisch mit Stühlen.
