Since I have found a job in another city, I am moving out of this apartment. My landlord has told me if I can find a new tenant with a job, I don't have to pay rent for the next 3 months.
The apartment is in a very awesome area of frankfurt. You will have access to lots of supermarkets and restaurants in less than 7 minutes. There is even an awesome cinema within 5 mins walking distance.
My landlord is a very nice and fair person and the rent she asks for is very fair for this nice apartment.
