Das Frankfurter Nordend ist einer der beliebtesten Stadteile, hier gibt es alles Fußläufig zu erreichen, Cafes, Bars, Restaurant, alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs usw. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig in einer Einbahnstrasse, trotzdem ist man in 2 Minuten auf dem Oederweg und in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß auf der Hauptwache.
