Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Ostend. Es handelt sich um eine gut geschnittene, ca. 30 m2 große Wohnung im EG eines Altbaus. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Anbau mit separatem Eingang neben dem zur Straße gelegenen Haupthaus, d.h. man bekommt auch nicht viel von Straße und Verkehr mit.
Die Wohnung ist durch eine Trennwand ohne Tür zweigeteilt, sodass Wohn- und Essbereich etwas voneinander separiert sind.
Das Bad ist klein aber mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.
Die Kochnische besteht aus 2 Kochplatten, einem Spülbecken, einer Arbeitsplatte, Stauraum und einer kleinen Spülmaschine.
Die Heizkosten sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Für Strom, Internet und Telefon zahlt man zusätzlich ca. 45 €.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der S-Bahn Haltestelle Ostendstraße und der gleichnamigen Straßenbahnhaltestelle, beide sind in nicht mal 1 min zu erreichen.
In ca. 5 min fußläufg befindet sich der Penny und ein türkischer Supermarkt.
In 8 min erreicht man den Main, direkt an der neuen EZB.
