Meine kleine und ruhig gelegene 1-Zimmer-Wohnung wird zum 1.11.2015 frei. Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein Keller und draußen ist eine extra Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Auch das Parken im Ostend ist im Vergleich zu anderen Frankfurter Stadtteilen entspannter. Im Haus ist es auch ruhig.
Zur Wohnung zählen Bad, Küche, Flur und ein Wohn-Schlaf-Zimmer. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine von der Hausverwaltung, die von allen Mieterin gegen Entgelt genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung liegt im Ostend. Die nächste U-Bahn Station Habsburgerallee ist in 5 Min zu erreichen. Von dort sind es nur 2 Stationen bis auf die Zeil. In direkter Umgebung sind ein Rewe, ein Bäcker und eine Apotheke.
Die Küche, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Wohnwand würden in der Wohnung drinnen bleiben und müssten zu einem fairen Abstand übernommen werden. Bitte nur melden, wenn dies okay wäre.
