Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Sie ist mit 21 qm sehr kompakt und perfekt für Studenten. Du hast ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und eine Pantry-Küche mit Kochherd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Mikrowelle. Meine Möbel bleiben hier. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Schreibtisch aus Holz und einen bequemen Bartisch aus Birke mit zwei Barstühlen, Bett und Schrank sind natürlich mitinbegriffen. Auch kannst du meinen großen Fernseher mit Netflix-Anschluss mitbenutzen. Waschmaschinen befinden sich in einem Gemeinschaftsraum. Du kannst von einer wundervollen Aussicht profitieren, denn die Wohnung ist mit ihrem großen Fenster den ganzen Tag lichtdurchflutet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und wird nicht durch Autos oder Ähnliches gestört; die Lage ist perfekt für jene, die in Frankfurt studieren oder Praktika machen.

The apartment is fully furnished with a pantry-kitchen and your own bathroom with a shower. There is a bed, a closet, a desk and chair, and a big TV with a netflix account included. Additionally you have a beautiful view on the Frankfurt skyline from the big window. There is also a bar desk with two new bar chairs. The apartment is heated with central floor heating, so you will never get cold! You also have your own parking spot if needed, washing machines are in a shared room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem Uni Campus Riedberg und ist dementsprechend 2 Minuten vom Otto-von-Stern-Zentrum entfernt, also perfekt für Studenten, die Vorlesungen oder Praktika auf dem Riedberg haben. Auch bist du innerhalb von 15 Minuten schnell mit der U8 (oder U9 & U3) am Uni Campus Westend und in 20 Minuten an der Hauptwache. Die U-Bahnstation ist 2 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest du am Riedbergplatz (Rewe, Aldi, DM, Apotheke, Friseur), der sich 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung befindet. Du hast auch einen kostenlosen, eigenen Stellplatz für dein Auto, der im Preis mitinbegriffen ist.

The apartment is located on the Goethe-University Campus Riedberg. It is very close to the main lecture hall and other facilities on campus. You can get to the train station within 2 minutes by foot which is perfect for getting into the city quickly. Within 15 minutes by train you are at the Goethe-University Campus Westend, where you can attend lectures in social siences and business. It takes 20 minutes by train with the U8 to get to Hauptwache, which is the center of Frankfurt. You can do groceries at the newly built mall which is only 5 minutes away from the apartment by foot.
Du bist nett, ruhig und offen. Ich erwarte, dass du sorgfältig mit meinen Möbeln umgehst und die Nachbarn nicht störst. Du bist Student an der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt (oder einer anderen Universität) oder machst ein Praktikum in Frankfurt; das ist aber nicht zwingend. Du zahlst pünktlich und zuverlässig deine Miete. Wenn du dich wiedererkennst, schreib mich ruhig an!
