Beautiful apartment in Sachsenhausen

I am looking for a new tenant for my modern one-bedroom flat in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. The flat is fully furnished (as shown in the pictures) and is located on the 10th floor of a high-rise building on Stresemannallee. Two lifts are available, so getting up and down quickly is no problem. A cleaning service is included in the rent and takes care of the (stair) house maintenance. The neighbours are usually barely audible and due to the height the traffic is not disturbing. The view of part of the Frankfurt skyline is a real highlight, as the balcony is perfect for a cosy brunch or romantic dinner in summer.

All the furniture in the pictures is included in the rent, including the bed, wardrobes, TV and music system. The flat is therefore perfect for a start in Frankfurt or a temporary move. The kitchen is a bit small but has everything you need to prepare a dinner with several friends or even birthday cakes. The kitchen is equipped with some cutlery, glasses and plates, pots, a double induction hob, dishwasher, small oven and microwave. The bathroom has good water pressure for a relaxing hot shower every now and then. The separation of the bed room and living room area almost gives the impression of two small separate rooms.
