Ich vermiete ein wunderschönes, vollkommen möbliertes Ein-Zimmer-Apartment in Sachsenhausen, Frankfurt zur Zwischenmiete, während ich für einige Zeit im Ausland bin. Da ich nur 2 Monate weg bin, würde ich gerne die meisten Sachen einfach dalassen, würde aber auf jeden Fall darauf achten, dass du genug Platz für deine Sachen hast! Ich habe noch eine Kleiderstange, falls die jemand braucht. Ich werde mein Geschirr, Pfannen, Töpfe, Fernseher und Klimaanlage (im Sommer wirklich wichtig) dalassen, die können dann auch gerne genutzt werden. Eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gibt es im Keller. Kostet pro Waschgang 3 Euro und Trockner kostet 1 Euro.
Ich lasse auch meine Pflanzen da, daher wäre es ganz lieb, wenn du sie ab und zu mal gießen könntest.

I am renting out a beautiful, fully furnished one-room apartment in Sachsenhausen, Frankfurt (as sublease) because I will be gone for 2 months. I want to leave most of my stuff in the apartment, because I will be only gone for a short time, but there will be enough space for you to put your stuff and I also have a clothing rail if someone needs it. I will leave my dishes, pans, pots, TV as well as the air-condition in my room. You can use it if you want to. There is also a washing machine and dryer on the basement that can be used by anyone in the house. It costs 3 Euros for the wash machine and the dryer costs 1 Euro. I would like to leave my plants there too, so it would be great if you could water them from time to time.
Here is some information to the flat:
Time-period: 1st of August 2023 until 30th of September
Size: 20 qm² (bathroom and small-kitchen included)
Costs: 600€ for one month and 1200€ for the whole period (2 months)
Security-deposit: 300€ (You will get your deposit back at the end, if nothing in the apartment is broken)
Furniture: Wardrobe, bed (140x200), a desk with an office chair, shoe wardrobe, shelves in the kitchen as well as the bathroom, TV, air-conditioner, washing machine, dryer
Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (ohne Aufzug) und liegt nur 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn/S-Bahn Station Südbahnhof entfernt und von dort aus kommt man wirklich überall hin. Das ist auch eins der Gründe, warum mir die Wohnung so gefällt. In die Innenstadt braucht man mit der Ubahn/Sbahn nur 5min. Zur Uni braucht die U-Bahn nur 7 Minuten und man muss nicht umsteigen. Es gibt auch direkt unten an der Straße ein riesen REWE der bis 24 Uhr offen hat. Außerdem gibt es viele Cafés und Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, man merkt aber nichts von dem Lärm.
Location: the apartment is on the 4th floor. The metro-station Südbahnhof is only 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. From there you can get anywhere. To the city center you only need 5 minutes with the metro (walking is around 15minutes) and you can get to the university in only 7 minutes my metro. There is also a big supermarket called REWE right down the street, which is open until 12 am.
The location is really one of the best things I like about the apartment. It is so convenient to get anywhere. You can choose between underground, subway, bus, tram, train.
There are also a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants really close by, but you won’t notice any noise.
