Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter bzw. Untermieter nach Absprache für meine 1 Zimmer-Wohnung mit Bad/Dusche und Kochnische sofort zum 01.10.2012.Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert mit Bettrahmen 200x90 und 2 Kleiderschränken. Die Kochnische hat einen Kühlschrank und 2 Herdplatten mit Spüle. Die Wohnung ist mit Teppich ausgelegt, Beleuchtung mit Drahtspannseilen und Halogenlampen ist auch vorhanden und enthalten. Die Wohnung liegt zum Hinterhof und ist ruhig und die Nachbarn sehr angenehm. Abstellplatz fürs Fahrrad im Keller ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat aber keinen Keller. Die Kaution sind 3 Kalt-Monatsmieten. Bei Interesse mir schreiben per Mail an Fotos werde ich noch reinstellen ansonsten sende ich diese gerne per Mail zu. Gruß Marc
