Die Wohnung ist im 17. Stock. Es ist ein Einzimmerappartement mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einem Bad und einem großzügigen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist durch die raumhohen Fensterelemente sehr hell.
Die Lage ist in Sachsenhausen Süd. Es besteht eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Bushaltestelle). Mit dem Auto findet man immer einen nahegelegenen Parkplatz. Die Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnung im 17. Stock ist wunderschön (Blick nach Süd-Ost)
Möbel können ( müssen aber nicht ) nach Absprache übernommen werden Preis wäre dann Verhandlungssache. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit das Appartment nur für den Monat Januar möbliet (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen) zu mieten. In diesem Falle kämen jedoch noch ca. 150€ für Strom umd die Miete der Möbel hinzu. Für Anfragen bin ich täglich ab 19 Uhr telefonisch erreichbar.
