Ich bin Hochschullehrer in Frankfurt und kann meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung immer in meiner vorlesungsfreien Zeit freigeben. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend geeignet für alle, die nur für kurze Zeit in Frankfurt sind oder die eine "Basis" benötigen, von der aus sie ein Zimmer oder eine Wohnung auf Dauer suchen. Im Pauschalpreis von 15 Euro pro Tag (bei 30 Tagen/Monat 450 Euro) sind sämtliche Nebenkosten (wie Strom, Wasser, Heizung etc.) enthalten. Das Apartment ist voll möbliert (Bett, Tisch, Schrank, Stuhl, Kommode, Fernseher). Es hat ein eigenes kleines Bad (Dusche, WC) sowie eine Kitchenette (Kühlschrank und Herd mit zwei Elektroplatten) – ist also geeignet für Selbstversorger.
Ein weiterer Vorteil: Die Wohnung ist in Fußnähe zur Frankfurter City und vielen touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten (für Jogger und Kulturliebhaber: die Laufstrecken am Main, die "Museumsmeile" und das Szeneviertel "Alt-Sachsenhausen" sind nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt). Die Wohnung gehört zu einem Hotel (ist räumlich und betrieblich aber von diesem getrennt).
Gesucht wird ein(e) vertrauenswürdige(r) und ruhige(r) Mieter(in). Für zwei oder mehr Personen ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Der/die Mieter(in) erhält einen Zwischenmietvertrag, die Miete für jeweils einen Monat ist im voraus zu entrichten. Eine Kaution wird nicht erhoben, da schenke ich Vertrauen. Zum Vertragsabschluss wird die Miete für einen Monat sowie eine Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 225 Euro (insgesamt also 675 Euro) in bar fällig. Die Sicherheitsleistung wird am Ende mit der Miete für den September 2024 verrechnet. Wer es sich einfach macht und zu Beginn gleich die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum (1720 Euro) bezahlt, genießt bei der Auswahl einen Vorteil.
Ich bitte um eine Kontaktaufnahme ausschließlich per E-Mail (), da ich häufig in Vorlesungen bin. Ich vermiete das Zimmer zum Selbstkostenpreis, verdiene also nichts daran. Den Schlüssel erhält der Zwischenmieter entweder von mir direkt oder - nach Absprache mit mir - an der Rezeption des Hotels. Noch ein Hinweis: Im Zimmer gibt es auch kostenloses Internet (W-Lan). Dieses ist allerdings zu schwach für Home Office, Online-Vorlesungen oder ausgiebiges Streaming. Und die Parksituation für private Autos ist in der Umgebung schwierig.

Another advantage: the apartment is within walking distance of Frankfurt city center and many tourist attractions (for joggers and culture lovers: the running routes along the Main, the "Museum Mile" and the trendy "Alt-Sachsenhausen" district are only a few hundred meters away). The apartment belongs to a hotel (but is spatially and operationally separate from it).
I am looking for a trustworthy and quiet tenant. The apartment is not suitable for two or more people. The tenant will receive an interim tenancy agreement, the rent for one month is to be paid in advance. A deposit will not be charged. The rent for one month and a security amount of 225 euros (i.e. a total of 675 euros) are due in cash when the contract is signed. The security deposit will be offset against the rent for September 2024 at the end. If you make it easy for yourself and pay the rent for the entire period (1720 euros) at the beginning, you will have an advantage in the selection process.
