ich bin vom 9. März bis 13 April nicht im Land und vermiete meine süße Wohnung in Sachsenhausen unter.
Dadurch, dass die Wohnung im 6. Stock ist, ist sie superhell. Und gut geschnitten. Keinen Schreck kriegen: Das Haus ist megahässlich, aber drin umso gemütlicher. Badewanne, kleiner Balkon, super Matratze, Waschmaschine, alles da.
Du hast hier mehrere Bahnanschlüsse: Südbahnhof (12 Minuten), Stresemannstraße (12 Minuten), Straßenbahn vor der Tür.
Mir wär's natürlich am liebsten, wenn jemand den ganzen Monat über mietet, aber wenn es zwei Wochen sind, kommen wir vielleicht auch zusammen.
Ich muss diese Kaution nehmen, weil ich Zeug von mir hier habe (das z.T. nicht ganz günstig ist). Aber wenn alles cool ist, wenn ich zurückkomme, überweise ich sofort zurück.
Ich freu mich auf Deine Meldung.
Ich werd's so schön für Dich machen, wie es geht: Neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche, einen Klamottenschrank freimachen und alles frisch und clean.
