Due to relocation I have to leave this lovely flat. Excellent for people who appreciate aura of old buildings, lively areas and easy access to public transport.
Apartment has windows in every room and is very light. Photos were taken during night :)
Flat consists of one big room, bathroom with bathtub (which can also perfectly act as a shower). Separate, eat-in, furnished kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, cooktop etc. Ceilings are are high so it feels really spacious.
Apartment is available from ~22.09.2018.
Apart from mentioned warm 650 cold + 75 warm, bills for electricity and gas have to be paid separately, directly to the provider.
I am selling all my furniture so you can start living there immediately without bothering about furnishing and wasting your time on assembling furniture.
Most of the furniture is completely new (I bought it this year).
I will prioritize people willing to takeover furniture.
Apartment is located in Sachsenhausen, 5 minutes walk from Sudbahnhof offering comfortable transport to almost all parts of Frankfurt.
Proximity of Alt Sachsenhausen makes the area very lively.
In the close vicinity of the apartment you can find all essential stores and services (e.g. REWE, Aldi, hairdressers, restaurants).
