High rise 14th floor furnished studio

Studio apartment on 14th floor with balcony offering great view. Kitchen and bathroom are separate - the apartment has the basic furniture which you would need to purchase from me.
There is laundry service available at the basement of the building.
There is a supermarket right next to the building and bus stop is located 3-5mins walk which takes you to city center in 10-15mins.
The furniture has a fitted kitchen, refrigerator, a medium sized bed, one couch, 2 tables and chairs, and other kitchen related stuff. In the quoted price, furniture price is not included - it will be shared based on your interest. But important that you would need to buy the furniture from me. Please note that I have canceled my Internet contract so you would need to get one of your own choice.

The apartment is owned by a renting company and works on recommendation basis, so once you have shown positive interest, I will forward your name and other relevant documents to the agency who will prepare contract related stuff. I am available on watsapp at ----/-------.
