A cozy space is available within a bright, modern 21 m2 single-room studio apartment. The studio is fully furnished and consists of a comfortable bed, large desk, chair and a large luxurious wardrobe. Apart from that, there is also smart TV for Netflix and movies.
The bathroom is cozy and modern.
The kitchen is also modern and fully equipped with microwave, dishes, refrigerator, dining table, etc.
In the basement there is a parking space for cars and bicycles. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There are also two common rooms in the building for visiting with friends or just relaxing.
The total cost of 680 € includes everything, heating, water, internet and electricity.
The apartment is in a fantastic location. Public transport availability is as follows:
- 3 minutes walk to the Oppenheimer Landstraße tram station.
- 8 minutes walk to the Südbahnhof S Bahn station.
There are various nice restaurants and cafes from Italian to Asian nearby. For Gym and workout, Fitnessfirst and Pure Training is in the immediate vicinity.
For the supermarket, Aldi is right in front of the apartment, LIDL and HIT are also nearby.
- A 10-15 minute walk towards Schweizer-strasse is filled with restaurants and bars.
- A 10-15 minute walk is also the Frankfurt river - Main for running/jogging or for just enjoying the riverside with skyline.
I'm renting because my work is online due to corona. So I will not be working from Frankfurt for at least 1 month and at most 4 months. That is why the move-out date is flexible. It can be extended to additional months, but only after monthly communication and contract extension.
Registration (or Anmeldung) is not possible as it is only an interim rental and is only for a few months.
