Da ich für 3 Monate wegziehe suche ich eine/n nette Zwischenmieterin für meine schöne 1,5-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Schlaf-und Wohnzimmer, ein Bad und eine getrennte Küche. Die Fenster sind groß wodurch immer viel Licht rein kommt und aufgrund der hohen Decken ist sie sehr geräumig. Sie befindet sich im dritten Obergeschoss und ist sehr gut für HomeOffice geeignet. Zudem sieht man die Skyline aus der Wohnung.
Im idyllischen Sachsenhausen gelegen befindet sich die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schweizer Platzes (3 Gehminuten). Man wohnt sehr zentral und kommt mit der U-Bahn oder S-Bahn überall schnell hin. Der Südbahnhof ist 8 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Friseure, Ärtzte, Apotheken uvm. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch wenn man sehr zentral lebt, ist es dennoch eine ruhige Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine getrennte Küche.
