Direkt zwischen 2 Parks gelegene Wohnung mit netten Nachbarn im grünen Seckbach. Die Konstabler Wache ist nur 30. min mit den öffentlichen Verkehsmitteln erreichbar, zusätzlich gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Türe. Der Lohrberg ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und bietet einen schönen Blick über die Stadt sowie einen schönen Biergarten. In der Nähe gibt es einen Lidl sowie einen Nahkauf um die täglichen Dinge zu besorgen. Nicht weit entfernt in Bornheim läd die Berger Str. Mit vielen Bars uns Restaurants zum verweilen ein.

Hi, we are currently looking for a new tenant for our cosy 1.5 flat from the beginning of January.
Directly situated between two Parks this flat is embedded in a friendly neibourghood in Seckbach. You can reach the city Center within 30. Min. by public transportation, but there is also enough space to park your car infront of the house. The Lohrberg is only a 5 minutes walk from the flat and offers a spectacular view over the city and a nice beer garden as well. Close by you will find supermarkets for your daily shopping and a bit further Berger Strasse invites you to discover a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
