I am subletting my furnitured apartment in a student dorm. The dates are fixed and you’ll need a Immatrikulationsbescheinigung at a public university. Contact me if you need additional information in English.
Ich untervermiete mein möbliertes Einzelappartement im Studierendenwohnheim, da ich selbst derzeit ein Auslandssemester absolviere.
Es ist mit fast allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet. Internet, Strom, Heizung, Wasser sind im Preis inbegriffen.
Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen, 5 Minuten vom Campus Westend und 7 Minuten von der Hauptwache per U-Bahn. In der Nähe ist auch ein großer REWE und ein DM Markt.
Wenn Du da einziehst, wäre es lieb wenn Du Dich um meine Post kümmerst. Außerdem werden einige Gegenstände von mir in der Wohnung bleiben, ggf. werde ich manches davon abholen wenn ich für ein paar Tage in Frankfurt bin.
Besichtigungen werden von einem Freund durchgeführt, da ich nicht in Frankfurt bin. Ein Einzug ist anschließend innerhalb weniger Tage möglich.
Das Appartement kann nur an Personen vermietet werden, die an einer öffentlichen deutschen Hochschule immatrikuliert sind und die eine studiengebundene Tätigkeit in Frankfurt ausüben. Dafür benötige ich einen Nachweis.
Falls Du Interesse hast, stelle Dich bitte kurz vor, schreibe was und an welcher Hochschule Du studierst, welcher Tätigkeit Du in Frankfurt nachgehen wirst und wann Du Zeit für eine Besichtigung hast.
