Es ist eine 1 Zimmer Wohnung in bester Westend Lage. 5 min zu Fuß vom Uni Campus Westend und vom Grüneburgpark.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, eine getrennte Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, einem kleinen Flur mit Garderobe und einem großen Balkon. Der Hinterhof verfügt über einen Fahrradständer
Darüber hinaus gibt es einen kleinen Fernseher mit Netflix Funktion und eine Waschmaschine.
Da ich die Wohnung nur für 6 Monate untervermiete, wünsche ich mir einen Zwischenmieter der pfleglich mit der Wohnung umgeht. Gerne an Pendler, Berufsanfänger oder Studenten/Praktikanten.
Es wird nur an Einzelpersonen vermietet.

It is a 1 room flat in best Westend location. 5 min walk from Westend University Campus and Grüneburgpark.
The flat has one bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a small hallway with wardrobe and a large balcony. The backyard has a bicycle stand
Furthermore, there is a small TV with Netflix function and a washing machine.
As I am only subletting the flat for 6 months, I would like an interim tenant who will take care of the flat. Preferrably to commuters, young professionals or students/interns.
It is only rented to individuals.
