I am looking for a new tenant for my top-floor 1-room apartment in Westend-Sud (Savignystrasse).
Available as of 15 June or 1 July 2021 (ideally 15 June but this can be discussed later).
The apartment is small but very cozy and contains a kitchen and a spacious bathroom with an installed washing machine.
- the apartment is originally rented unfurnished but ideally the existing furniture is to be bought by the new tenant (especially the bulky furniture - washing machine, sofa, bed+lattenrost, regal, wardrobe, etc; bought less than 1.5 years ago everything installed and ready to be used). The price for the full set of furniture would be around EUR 2,500 VB
- the costs above do no include costs for electricity, internet and radio tax (those are to be paid separately).
- Located on the 4th floor, no elevator.

Very nice central location, 16 min walking distance to the Opernplatz (5 min by bike), very close to Messe, Skyline Plaza, Grüneburgpark (15 min walking distance). Quiet location with nice restaurants and supermarkets in close proximity, U-bahn station 6 min walking distance, bus station 3 min walking distance. Very close to Bettinaplatz.
Washing machine and the bulky furniture (sofa, bed+lattenrost, regal, wardrobe, etc; bought lest than 1 years ago) are to be bought by the new tenant (!), everything installed and ready to be used. Please indicate in you message that you understand. The final price would depend on your wish to buy some of the smaller pieces but it would be a fair price. Please keep in mind that the flat is on the 4th floor without elevator, having the furniture in makes a big difference :) The TV and the speaker are not included.
I can send more pictures or we can discuss during the visit. Ideally, the internet contract could be taken over (remaining until 2 September 2021, EUR 30 per month).
