Hi all,

I am looking for a new tenant for this ready-furnished and fully refurbished studio flat in Frankfurts' Westend district. The studio is part of a well maintained apartment building, only a 2 minutes' walk away from metro station Festhalle / Messe. The studio ideally serves the needs for singles, commuters and students.

The flat offers a kitchenette, modern PVC floor and a very new bathroom that offers space for a washing machine. I would like to sell my furnishings to the new tenant.

Please note that the landlord is only looking for long-term new tenants (min 12 months).
