Ich vermiete meine Wohnung im „The Fizz“ Studentenwohnheim unter. Super Möglichkeit um in Frankfurt erstmal anzukommen und sich zu sortieren oder für einen Zeitraum in Frankfurt unterzukommen☺️
In der Miete sind das im Haus befindliche Fitnesstudio, gelegentliche Ausflüge/ Partys vom Wohnheim mit Snacks und Getränken sowie eine Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Skyline inklusive.
Das Wohnheim hat zudem noch einen Waschraum ( WM, Trockner und Trockenmöglichkeit) sowie einen Concierge, der sich deiner Bestellungen annimmt, wenn du nicht da bist 😉
Schau aber auch gerne bei The Fizz online vorbei und lies dir alles weitere zu durch!
Deine Wohnung befindet sich im 06. OG mit zwei großen Fenstern, kleiner aber neuer EBK und Bad mit Fußbodenheizung :)
Mindestmietdauer ist bis zum 30.09.2020 danach könnt ihr mit dem Fizz für das gleiche Apartment bei Bedarf einen neuen Vertrag ausmachen ☺️

I'm renting my apartment at The Fizz dorm. Great possibility to arrive in Frankfurt and sort yourself or for a period in Frankfurt
The rent includes the fitness studio located in the house, occasional trips/parties from the dormitory with snacks and drinks as well as a roof terrace with a view of the skyline.
The dormitory also has a laundry room (washing maschine, dryer and drying facilities) and a concierge who takes care of your orders when you are not there 😉
But you can also visit The Fizz online and read everything else!
Your apartment is on the 06th floor with two big windows, new kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating :)
Minimum rental period is until 30.09.2020 after which you can sign a new contract with the Fizz for the same apartment if required ☺️
Die nächstgelegene Haltestelle für die Straßenbahn ist die Schwalbacher Straße, direkt vor eurer Haustür :-)
Zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof fahrt ihr nur eine Station.
Zur Hauptwache, also der Zeil der größten Einkaufsstraße Frankfurts sind es drei Stationen.
Ihr wohnt im Gallus was sehr multikulti- aber super entspannt ist mit einem schönen Park und ganz vielen leckeren Restaurants und Bars.

There is only one stop to Frankfurt main station.
There are three stations to the Hauptwache, the main line of Frankfurt's largest shopping street.
You live in the Gallus which is very multicultural but super relaxed with a nice park and many delicious restaurants and bars.
Im Fizz finden nicht nur Studenten, auch Berufstätige ein zuhause. Solltest du also aktuell neu in die Stadt ziehen, auch aus beruflichen Gründen ist es eine super Möglichkeit schnell - sofern du das wünscht- neue Leute kennenzulernen. Ansonsten kannst du dich aber auch gern in deiner Wohnung in Ruhe zurück ziehen, entgegen der Erwartungen eines Studentenwohnheimes ist es hier sehr ruhig :-)
