Vermietet wird eine 32,73 m² 1-Raum Wohnung mit einer kleinen Loggia und Balkon.
Die Möbel würde ich gern meinem Nachmieter überlassen.
Dazu zählen: eine Kochnische, Küchenschränke, Arbeitsplatte (für die Küche), eine Garderobe, die braunen Möbel, alle Lampen und sogar eine Waschmaschine, welche in der Küche installiert ist :)
Aus der Wohnung nehme ich nur die Tische, Schlafsofas und den weißen Sessel mit. (siehe Fotos)
Generell ist in Freiberg alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
In 2 min Entfernung ist ein Edeka, Netto, Bäcker, Friseur und in 5 min ein Lidl, Aldi und Penny.
Zum Uni-Gebäude in der Lessingstraße läuft man ca. 15 min und zur Mensa/Bibliothek/Audimax ca. 25 min.
Der Bahnhof ist 15 min Fußmarsch entfernt.
