da ich über die Semesterferien nicht in Freiburg bin vermiete ich mein Zimmer von Anfang Februar bis Ende März unter. Das Zimmer ist im 9. Stock eines Neubaus in der Studentensiedlung am Seepark. Es ist eine 4er WG mit also noch drei anderen Mitbewohnern. Die Straßenbahn ist ca. 100m entfernt genau auch wie der nächste Einkaufsladen. Außerdem hat man den Pflückinger See direkt vor der Haustür. Die WG hat einen Balkon und zwei Bäder. Man würde sich also das Bad mit einem meiner Mitbewohner teilen. Es gibt außerdem einen Fahrradkeller und ein paar Waschmaschinen im Erdgeschoss. Bei Interesse gerne bei mir melden.
Die Miete ist warm und es kommen keine Nebenkosten dazu

since I'm not in Freiburg over the semester break, I'm renting out my room from the beginning of February to the end of March. The room is on the 9th floor of a new building in the student settlement at Seepark. It's a four-person shared apartment with three other roommates. The tram is about 100m away, as is the nearest shop. You also have Lake Pflückinger right on your doorstep. The shared apartment has a balcony and two bathrooms. So you would share the bathroom with one of my roommates. There is also a bicycle cellar and a few washing machines on the ground floor. If you are interested, please contact me. The rent is including heating and there are no additional costs
