Hallo ihr Lieben,
Ich habe eine neue Wohnung gefunden, aber mein alter Mietvertrag läuft noch bis zum 17. April. Falls also jemand Interesse hat würde ich mich total freuen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, liegt im 10. Stockwerk (das höchste im Haus) in der Studentensiedlung am Seepark und hat einen wunderschönen Blick über den Park.
Sie liegt total super und es ist sehr ruhig. Trotz der Ruhe erreicht man innerhalb 2 Minuten die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Am Bischofskreuz".
Obwohl es eine Studentensiedlung ist, musst du kein Student sein, da die Untermiete nicht über das Studentenwerk läuft sondern über mich persönlich.
Bei Bedarf bin ich auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum offen.
Also: nichts wie ran :)
