Die Wohnung liegt am Seepark. Westarkaden (Supermarkt, Drogerie, Fitness-Studio, etc...) ist 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar.

- Küche (getrennt vom Zimmer)

- Internet (100Mbps, sehr stabil).
- Waschmaschine
- Küche mit Gas und E-Herd
- Tiefgaragenstellplatz (für ein kleines Auto)
In den Preis ist alles drin.
Für mich wichtig ist, dass du mit meinen Sachen sorgsam um gehst und dass meine Pflanzen gießt. Ich lasse aber natürlich genug Platz für dein Zeug.
Es wäre erstmal auf 3 Monaten befristet, aber es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass es verlängert wird.
