Schöne 1 Zimmerwohnung, ab Ende Mai frei (zwischen den 22. und 28. Mai).
Wohnfläche c.a 30 qm. Die kleine Küche ist im Eingang, das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig und hell. Es gibt auch einen Wintergarten, der vom Zimmer mit einer Tür getrennt ist.
Manche Möbel würde ich gerne verkaufen, das können wir zusammen besprechen.

Die Lage ist sehr angenehm, die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten entfernt vom See Park.
ÖPNV sind auch in der Nähe -> 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof.
Zur Stadt fährt man ungefähr 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Apotheke usw.
Im Keller gibt es dazu auch ein Box wo man viel lagern kann.
Waschmaschine ist im Keller, steht zu Verfügung für alle Einwohner.
Es gibt ein Fahrrad Keller.
WICHTIG: der* die Nachmieter*in muss Schüler, Student, Auszubildender sein.
Kaltmiete :450€, NK: 90€ (Wasser inklusive), dazu muss noch Strom bezahlen werden.
Kaution ist 1350€. Man braucht auch einen Bürge.
