We, a cosmopolitan couple (she germanist - works at the UNIVERSITY of Freiburg and he an artist) offer in our house in Breisach a spacious room with its own kitchen and bathroom for non smoking foreign students.
The room with adjoining toilet and the kitchen are on the upper floor, the bathroom one floor below. All rooms are used only by the tenant.
Everything is furnished: room with large bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and sofa; additional separate toilet next to the room; kitchen with sink, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cupboard with dishes, etc., table and two chairs; private bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet (one floor below).
The offer is directed preferably to international female students. A couple is also welcome. We speak German, English, some French.

From the house to the station you walk 2 minutes, the train runs every 30 minutes and takes 25 minutes to Freiburg
Shopping (Rewe, Edeka) near by. Recreational area within walking distance.
The house is very quiet despite its central location. From the room and the kitchen you can look into the garden
The offer is directed preferably to international female students or a couple. We speak German, English, some French. Preferably we are looking for students who want the room for rent for one semester
We are a Non smoking home and accept only Non smoking people.
Shopping centers are near by. There is a nice recreational area which is within walking distance.
Monthly rent: 300 € (340 € for a couple) + 100 € additional cost (Electricity, water, internet, use of the washing machine, heating, etc.)
