I'm Lisa-Marie and I'm done with my studies! For the winter semester, I therefore announce my beautiful little 1-room apartment, in which I felt very comfortable for 2 years. Since it is only possible with us at the end of the respective semester to cancel the apartment, I would like to rent my apartment from 01 July/15 July or 01 August. If you are a student and your parents can make a guarantee for you, it is possible that you can then take over as a tenant from October onwards. Here, the house administration would just have to check if the creditworthiness of your parents is sufficient and you would have to present a current study certificate. If we take care of it in time, this should not be a problem at all. Even if you want to stay only from July/August to October, this is also very fine!

It is a small apartment that has been very well maintained and where you have everything you need. A small kitchenette with extractor hood, fridge and microwave with barbecue function, a nice small bathroom, a main room for sleeping/eating/working/withdrawing and a small storage room on the balcony. All of us have such a net on our balcony, because there are many pigeons in the area, which otherwise nest and nest there.

Everything is neat and beautiful and in the basement you will also find the possibility for 3€ to wash and dry your laundry.

The neighbors are very nice and pleasantly quiet - you really have your rest to learn and relax. You can really do your thing here. : The windows/the balcony are out to the north - in summer you have 1-2h sun in the morning and evening, unfortunately not in winter - this is perhaps the only manko. :

The other costs I call here are the electricity costs I currently have.

You can also take some furniture from me, as I want to move into my home and re-establish myself there. That's not a must!

Ich bin Lisa-Marie und bin mit meinem Studium fertig! Zum Wintersemester kündige ich daher meine wunderschöne kleine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, in der ich mich 2 Jahre wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Da es bei uns nur zum Ende des jeweiligen Semesters möglich ist die Wohnung zu kündigen, möchte ich gerne meine Wohnung ab 01.Juli/15.Juli oder 01.August untervermieten. Wenn du Student/in bist und deine Eltern eine Bürgschaft für dich ausstellen können, ist es möglich, dass du ab Oktober dann als Mieter/in die Wohnung übernehmen kannst. Hier müsste die Hausverwaltung einfach noch prüfen, ob die Bonität deiner Eltern hinreichend ist und du müsstest eine aktuelle Studienbescheinigung vorlegen. Wenn wir uns rechtzeitig drum kümmern dürfte das überhaupt kein Problem sein. Auch wenn du nur von Juli/August bis Oktober bleiben möchtest ist das ebenfalls völlig fein!

Es ist eine kleine Wohnung, die sehr gut gepflegt wurde und wo du alles hast, was du brauchst. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, ein schönes kleines Badezimmer, ein Hauptraum zum Schlafen/Essen/Arbeiten/Entspannen und ein kleiner Abstellraum auf dem Balkon. Alle von uns haben so ein Netz an unserem Balkon, denn es gibt viele Tauben im Umkreis, die sich sonst dort einnisten und brüten.

Alles ist ordentlich und schön und im Keller findest du auch die Möglichkeit für 3€ deine Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen.

Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und angenehm ruhig - man hat wirklich seine Ruhe zum Lernen und Entspannen. Du kannst hier wirklich voll dein Ding machen. :) Die Fenster/der Balkon sind nach Norden raus - im Sommer hat man morgens und abends 1-2h Sonne, im Winter leider nicht - das ist vielleicht das einzige Manko. :)

Die sonstigen Kosten, die ich hier nenne, sind die Stromkosten, die ich aktuell habe.

Gerne kannst du auch ein paar Möbel von mir übernehmen, da ich in die Heimat ziehe und mich dort komplett neu einrichten möchte. Das ist aber kein Muss!
