Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und gereinigt. Dementsprechend ist der Zustand relativ gut und die wenigen Mängel sind vollständig in meinem Einzugsprotokoll aufgenommen oder nachträglich gemeldet worden.
Die 26qm große Wohnung beinhaltet eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Einbauküche, ein Bad mit einwandfreier Dusche und eine große Wohnfläche mit Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch. Der Balkon bietet zudem einen kleinen Schrank mit Stauraum und einen schönen Ausblick auf das alte Bahnhofsgebäude.
Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 625€ + Strom- und Internetkosten (19,99€).

Die Lage am alten Güterhallenbahnhof ist für Studierende ideal. In der Nähe sind mehrere Bäckereien, DM, Kaufland, Aldi und Lidl. Die Straßenbahn ist in direkter Nähe und sehr schnell zu erreichen.
