Das Apartment ist möbliert, geschickt geschnitten und bietet reichlich Platz. Es verfügt über ein sehr schickes Badezimmer (Dusche mit Glaswand), eine Kochzeile mit reichlich Stauraum und einen Balkon. Für ein tolles Raumgefühl sorgen das helle Paket und die großen Fenster zum Balkon.
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen, die du nutzen kannst.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Uniklinik und zum Institusviertel.
Bis in die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10-12 Minuten. Die nächste StraBa-Haltestelle (Eichstetter Straße) ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus bringt dich die StaBa in 12 Minuten bis zum Stadttheater.
