da ich im momentan im Ausland wohne, wird meine wunderschöne 1,5-Zimmerwohnung in Freiburg-Lehen zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Sie liegt in einem alten Fachwerkhaus im 1. Stock und besitzt so etwas wie eine Galerie, das Schlafzimmer.
Küche ist mit Herd, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank ausgestattet, das Tageslichtbad mit Dusche.
Im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, eigene Möbel brauchst du nicht mitzubringen. Dennoch ist Platz für eigene Sachen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Lehen direkt gegenüber von Bäcker, Apotheke und Friseur.
Die Öffis sind zu Fuß in etwa 4 Minuten zu erreichen, dort (Paduaallee) fährt alle 7 Minuten eine Straßenbahn in 12 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man etwa 15-20 Minuten unterwegs.
Ich suche eine nichtrauchende, sehr ordentliche Zwischenmieterin oder ein Pärchen, denen ich meine Möbel vertrauensvoll überlassen kann und sie im gleichen Zustand wieder finde, wie ich sie verlassen habe ;-)
