Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert ( Bett, Sofa, kleiner Esstisch usw.), ich könnte aber das ein oder andere Möbelstück auch im Keller unterbringen. Die Wohnung ist mit dunklem Laminat verlegt (Luxus!), die Kochnische ist mit zwei Herdplatten und einem Mini-Backofen nicht wirklich Luxus aber ausreichend. Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner mit Münzbetrieb.
Der Aldi, Bäckerei, zwei Fitnesscenter und McDonalds sind in 1 Minute zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus bist du in 10 min am Hauptbahnhof. Die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Pressehaus) braucht 9 min. bis zur Innenstadt.
Du könntest auch schon bei Bedarf ein paar Tage früher in die Wohnung.
Falls du keine Abneigung gegen bunt bemalte Wände hast und ne ruhige Wohnung in relativ zentraler Lage suchst, dann schreib mir einfach ;)
