Meine Wohnung befindet sich im EG und ist ca 20 m2. Sie ist schon möbliert. Es gibt ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen großen Kleiderschrank und drei Regale. Sie hat eignes Badezimmer mit Dusche, und eine kleine Küche mit einem Kühlschrank. Es gibt leide keine Waschmaschine zu Hause, aber eine kannst du im Keller finden.
Die Lage meiner Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe von Dreisam. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Eschholzstraße ist ca 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt, Hauptbahnhof ca 15min.
ich suche einen netten Nachmieter oder eine netten Nachmieterin für meine schöne Wohnung.
Die Wohnung is ab 12.08.2018 frei, bis 30.09.2018.
Unbefristet mieten ist möglich.
Die Miete pro Monat ist 310euro plus 10 euro für Müllabfuhr. Strom, Wasser, Heizung sind enthaltend(ungefähr 500 insgesamt). Aber das Internet und der WLan Router muss man selbst aufstellen und die Kosten ist nicht enthaltend.
