The room is in the third floor, the tram station is direct in front of the building ,there is a gas station with a 24/7 shop + lidil and Aldi are right across the street ,the city center is about 10 minutes by the tram.
The wii-lan internet fees are shared with my neighbor first month 30 Euro then 11 euros per month
