Da ich im nächsten Semester ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe, biete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für 5 Monate zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses und verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum und ein eigenes Bad. In der kleinen Küchennische sind Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine und ein kleiner Backofen enthalten. An das Badezimmer schließt sich für die besonders kalten Wintertage außerdem noch eine kleine (zurzeit zum Abstellraum umfunktionierte, grundsätzlich aber funktionsfähige) Sauna an :)
Obwohl die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt, ist sie dank der großen Fensterfront trotzdem sehr hell.
Das Zimmer wird vollkommen möbliert angeboten, je nach Bedarf könnte man das allerdings auch noch individuell abstimmen.

Since I'll be going abroad next semester, I'm looking to sublet my studio apartment for a 5 month period.
The apartment itself is located in the souterrain of a family home and comes with a spacious living area, a small kitchenette and a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with with a fridge, stove, washer and a small oven. The bathroom is connected to a fully functional sauna, which, at the moment, has been repurposed to serve as a little storage room.
Thanks to the large windows and white walls, the apartment is nice and bright throughout the day, despite the fact that it is located in the basement of the house.
I'd like to rent out t the apartment fully furnished, but that's something that could be reconsidered if necessary.
Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits der Hauptstraßen in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel in Hochdorf. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank und Apotheke sowie verschiedene Bushaltestellen sind jeweils nur etwa 3 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist ausgesprochen gut, die Busse fahren viermal stündlich. Falls man sich darauf allein nicht verlassen möchte, kann man auch mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 20 Minuten in der Stadt sein.
Darüber hinaus ist man von Hochdorf aus super schnell im Grünen. Fürs Joggen und Radfahren ist die Gegend ideal.

The apartment is situated just off the main road in a quiet residential area in Hochdorf. A variety of stores, a bank and a pharmacy can be reached by foot in under 5 minutes, as well as various bus stops. Getting into the city and downtown area of Freiburg is relatively easy; the busses pass through here four times an hour. If you don't want to solely rely on those, however, you can also take a bike and arrive downtown in about 20 minutes.
Apart from that, Hochdorf is surrounded by vast stretches of open fields and forests, which makes it a very convenient location if you're into jogging or biking.
Die 90€ Nebenkosten sind eine Pauschale, also kann man jeden Monat mit einem festen Mietpreis rechnen.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erwünscht.
