Hi zusammen,
ich ziehe aus meiner 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Innenstadt aus.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 1 Perso, hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 31qm und ist mit eigenem Duschbad, einer Kitchenette mit 2 Kochfeldern und und einem kleinen Abstellraum (ca. 2qm) ausgestattet.
Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in, der/die meine Waschmaschine im Bad übernimmt, weil ich in meiner neuen Wohnung auch schon eine stehen habe. Die Waschmaschine wurde 2020 neu gekauft und funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich stelle mir hierfür eine Mindestablöse von 350€ vor.
Es gibt keinen Kellerraum oder TG-Stellplatz - die Wohnung befindet sich in der Altstadt, zentraler geht es nicht. Alle alltagsüblichen Einkäufe, Straßenbahnanbindung, Cafés, Uni sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
