I am subletting my 1-room apartment in the heart of Freiburg from the 1st of March 2024 to the 30th of September 2024. The apartment is fully furnished with a kitchenette. Besides this the building provides a large fully equipped common kitchen and common rooms for both leisure and studying. There is a laundry room in the basement and the building offers cleaning equipment to borrow. During working hours, there is a reception which can help you with any questions that you have. The nebenkosten of 216 euros includes heating, electricity, and internet, so the total rent is 932 euros per month and you do not have to worry about opening contracts for heating, electricity, and internet since this will be provided by the Fizz. You have to be a student or a young professional with a temporary working contract.
