Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Freiburg, in äusserst attraktiver Wohnlage zur Zwischenmiete vom

Es handelt sich eingentlich um eine 2- Zimmerwohnung, aber im kleinen Zimmer würde ich für die Zeit meiner Abweßenheit einen Teil meiner Sachen (Computer etc.) unterstellen. Diese Zimmer ist natürlich nicht im Mietpreis eingerechnet.
Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt sind es fünf Minuten, trotzdem ist die Wohnlage ruhig.
Zum vermieteten Zimmer gehören eine große Wohnküche und das Bad inkl. Badewanne und alles andere was man so braucht.
Der Balkon vorne raus geht zur Dreisam, vom hinteren Balkon der von der Küche abgeht, hat man einen Blick auf den Schloßberg, was will man mehr;-)
WLAN ist ebendfalls vorhanden.
