Es handelt sich um ein kleines, modernes Appartement in der Littenweilerstraße. Das Haus ist recht neu, und gerade erst schick hergerichtet. Die Wohnungen haben Fußbodenheizung und eine schöne Küchenzeile. Im gesamten Haus wohnen insgesamt 4 Studenten. Die beheizte Fläche ist ca. 22 qm, dazu kommt noch ein großer Südbalkon und ein Keller, wo auch eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine steht.
Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert, es besteht aber die Möglichkeit, vom Vormieter einige Möbel günstig zu übernehmen.

This is a nice, small flat with balcony in Littenweiler and it is only for students. There is a washing mashine and a small private cellar in the basement.
The room is not furnished. If you need furniture you can ask the previous tenant.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Littenweilerstr, nahe der PH. Praktisch wäre sie aber auch für Sport- oder Musikstudenten. Es ist dort ruhig und eine angenehme Wohngegend.
Zum Bus und Geschäften sind es wenige hundert Meter, zu Bahn und Straßenbahn ca. 500-600 m.
Man kann an der Straße parken. Der Wald ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Das Universitätssportgelände ist ca. 1.5 km entfernt.
In english: This flat is not in central Freiburg, but ist next to the PH and very good for those who study there. Ist also close for students in sports or music.
Info für Interessenten:
- Einzelbesichtigungen in Absprache mit der ausziehenden Mieterin
- Die Wohnung kann nur an Studenten oder Auszubildende vermietet werden, zur Nutzung durch eine Person. Doktoranden sind auch ok, wenn sie sich als Promotionsstudenten einschreiben.
- Gesucht wird ein zuverlässiger Mieter für längere Zeit, keine Zwischenmiete über wenige Monate.
- Mietbeginn idealerweise ab 1.8, Einzug wenige Tage früher ist möglich
- Bitte schreibt ein paar Zeilen über euch, damit ich mir ein Bild machen kann. Ich möchte vor allem wissen, wie die Miete bezahlt wird (Hiwijob, Eltern bezahlen, Elternbürgschaft, etc...).
- Rauchen und größere Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht. Musiker sind aber willkommen, solange es die Nachbarn (3 weitere Studenten) nicht stört. Der Neubau ist nicht besonders hellhörig.
- Es besteht die Möglichkeit, vom Vormieter günstig einige Möbel zu übernehmen.

- Musicians are ok if your neighbours are fine with it.
- Preferred start of rental is soon.
- Only mid- to long term.
