Da ich einige Zeit im Ausland verbringe, möchte ich meine schöne, kleine Wohnung für die Zeit untervermieten.
Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer- Wohnung im Campus Wohnheim nahe des Messegeländes. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG (Aufzug ist vorhanden) und besitzt eine kleine Küche sowie eigenes Bad.
Da es sich um ein Angebot des Studierendenwerkes handelt, kann leider nur an in Freiburg eingeschriebene Studenten vermietet werden.
Falls der Erstwohnsitz gewechselt und auf diese Adresse für die Zeit der Untergemiete angemeldet wird, würde ich die GEZ- Gebühren teilen. D.h., zu der o.g. Warmmiete käme die Hälfte der GEZ Gebühren hinzu.
