Das Apartment gehört zu den Studentenhaüser am Flugplatz, ist 20 qm groß und komplett möbliert mit großem Schreibtisch, Bett, Regalen, Kleiderschrank, eigenen Küche und Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Das Apartment liegt auf dem Grundgeschoss des Wohnheims, mit einer Aufsicht auf die Landschaft. Sehr still und kein Gegenüber - perfekt, um sich auzuruhen oder zu arbeiten.
Das Studentenwohnheim hat außerdem viele gemeinsame Räume, Garten, Bar, Tischtennisplatte usw... Fahrräder können überdacht abgestellt werden und zum Waschen gibt es Münzwaschmaschinen mitsamt Trockenraum.

I sublet my 20 sqm apartment in Studentenhaus am Flugplatz. It is fully furnished with a desk, bed, shelves, a wardrobe and a private kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The house also has a yard with a barbecue, a shared garden, a bike park, and, not to forget, our in-house bar.
Das Wohnheim liegt in der Nähe vom Seepark – v.a. im Sommer unschlagbar. Bushaltestelle Tramlinie 4 fährt von der Elsässerstraße und Madisonallee.
Direkt auf dem Campus, an der technischen Fakultät und am Institut für Informatik
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es etwa 12 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Direkt um die Ecke liegt die Berliner Allee und Elsässerstraße, mit vielen Geschäften, Döner, Bäcker usw...

It takes less than 15 minutes to get to Seepark (a park with a little reservoir), which is super comfortable, especially in summer. The bus stop and the tram (line 4) stops at Madisonallee (5 minutes to walk). The city centre and different parts of the university are all within 10-15 minutes biking distance. Mooswald is a quiet residential area, with some shops (a bakery, farmer’s market, kebab place, pharmacy etc.) right around the corner, and several supermarkets in about 5 minutes distance by bike.
Da meine Wohnung zum Studierendenwerk Freiburg gehört, darf ich sie nur einen aktuellen Studenten mit Immatrikulationsbescheinigung von Juli bis Ende September (oder länger) vermietet werden.
