Meine kleine aber schöne Wohnung in der Gresserstraße wird zum 01.07.2017 frei. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, mit ein bisschen Einrichtungsgeschick lässt es sich darin aber gut wohnen. Es gibt eine kleine Kochnische mit zwei Herdplatten, ein Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken und einen Balkon. Außerdem gibt es einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz (darauf bezieht sich die Angabe unter sonstige Kosten)
Die Wohnung sehr schön gelegen. Man hat die Dreisam direkt vor der Tür und zur Haltestelle Maria-Hilf-Kirche sind es nur wenige Minuten.
Es gibt auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, zum Einkaufszentrum ZO (Rewe, Aldi, dm…) sind es ca. 5 min zu Fuß.
Wäschewaschen: Eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gibt es im Keller (ca. 2-3 Euro pro Wäsche)
Mir wäre es noch wichtig, dass du ein paar Möbel übernimmst, die nicht in meine neue Wohnung passen, u.a. einen Schrank und 2 Regale (insgesamt 40 Euro).
