Moderne, möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für Studenten

ich vermiete meine derzeitige moderne, möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 20,5 m2). Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Küche (mit Mikrowelle und Herd usw.) und ein eigenes Bad. Die Wohnung hat auch einen eigenen Balkon und eine gemeinsame Dachterrasse, die die Bewohner frei nutzen können.

Das Gebäude verfügt über Gemeinschaftsräume zum Wäschewaschen (mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, deren Nutzung ein paar Euro kostet) und zum Putzen (mit Putzmitteln und Staubsauger usw.). Die Möbel sind sehr neu, weiß und modern, mit einem großen Tisch und vielen Schränken mit viel Stauraum. Zusätzlich erhältst du einen eigenen Abstellraum im Keller. Das Gebäude hat auch eine eigene Garage, in der du einen eigenen Stellplatz mieten kannst.

Die Miete würde ab dem 1. Mai beginnen und ist unbefristet.

Hi,

I’m renting my current modern, furnished one room apartment (ca. 20,5 m2). The apartment has its own kitchen (with microwave and stove etc.) and bathroom. The apartment also has its own balcony and a common rooftop chilling area that the residents can freely use.

The building has common rooms for washing clothes (has washing machines and dryers that cost couple euros to use) and cleaning (with cleaning supplies and a vacuum etc.). The furniture is very new, white and modern with a large table and many closets and cupboards with plenty of storage space. Additionally, you get your own storage room in the cellar. The building has its own garage where you can rent your own parking spot.

The rent would start from 1st of May and there’s no limit for the rent.
