Ich wollte meine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung für sechs Monate mieten. Sie befindet sich direkt am Seepark im Neubau des Studentenwohnheims. Die Einbauküche ist neu. In der Nähe gibt es Edeka, Penny und viele andere. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt unter dem Gebäude. Volleyball-, Tischteninis- und Basketballplätze stehen 24 Stunden kostenlos zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es die Stusie-Bar, wo man sein günstiges Bier genießen kann.
Die Wohnung ist nur für Studenten zu vermieten. Die Miete beträgt 425 Euro inklusive allem und die Kaution beträgt 700 Euro.
